1. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time within the European Union is approximately 7–12 business days, as our products are carefully prepared before shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as logistical delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions. In exceptional cases, delivery times may be extended by up to an additional 25 days.
2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time:
Orders placed before 23:59 (CET) will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Order preparation and processing typically take 1–3 business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and may vary depending on the destination and package weight.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. This number will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments delivered incorrectly due to errors in the provided address.
5. Taxes & Duties
All product prices include applicable taxes and customs duties. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. These costs are covered by Pet Relief.
